An SPV comprising of Fengate Capital and Aecon Concessions has submitted its proposal to the Toronto Port Authority to build the Billy Bishop Airport Pedestrian Tunnel.
The tunnel will connect the island airport to the mainland replacing the passenger ferry service that has been in place since the airport was founded.
