In 2009 and 2010, RREEF purchased a total 30% stake in Bahia de Bizkaia Gas (BBG), a regasification plant in the Port of Bilbao industrial zone. The plant currently has a liquified natural gas capacity of 300,000 cubic metres, although works recently commenced on a third gas storage tank, which will add an additional 150,000 cubic metres of capacity.
