Graduate Scheme

We offer a graduate recruitment scheme for the role of Analyst, the first step in a career in financial modelling. On joining, you will begin our bespoke programme of intensive training, including a range of formal and informal methods and new project roles, designed to equip you with the experience and skills to progress from Analyst to Senior Consultant and beyond.

Expert Financial Modelling Training

Prior knowledge of finance is not required, as we will provide you with training unmatched in its ability to turn new graduates into experts in financial modelling. You will learn how to use the Operis Analysis Kit (OAK), our award-winning Excel Add-In, recognised as the industry standard in Excel modelling and auditing apps, and you will benefit from the expertise of our trainers, which will go beyond the initial induction and carry on throughout your time at Operis.

Mentor

You will have a mentor dedicated to guiding you through your first months at Operis, who will be on hand to provide support, advice and answer any questions you might have about your work, training or life at Operis.

Real-Life Experience

With your mentor to guide you, from the outset you will be immersed in real-life projects across a variety of infrastructure and energy sectors. This hands-on experience will help you to quickly develop your finance and business skills, and will provide you with exposure to the latest computing techniques, offering you a broad base of experience and knowledge.

Professional Qualifications

You will be offered the opportunity to study for the CFA qualification. Here you will learn more about finance as well as networking with a wide range of individuals. This will broaden your experience and increase your confidence and ability to operate at the highest level.

Quarterly Reviews
