Operis supported Axium Infrastructure in acquiring a 75% majority equity interest in the Grand Valley III wind farm from Fengate Asset Management by providing a high-level review of the financial model. The wind farm is located in Dufferin County, Ontario, and comprises 16 turbines producing 40MW of power.
