Bids were submitted for the campus redevelopment of the Emily Carr University of Art and Design, based in Vancouver, British Columbia on October 7, 2014.
The winning bidder will be responsible for the design, build, finance and maintenance of the campus’ redevelopment which will occupy approximately 26,600 square metres, accommodate 1,800 degree students and 3,000 continuing education students.
At an approximate cost of C$134 million, the campus will be a focal point for the region’s creative sector, attracting the best domestic and international students and world-class faculty.
