Three consortiums have submitted their best and final offers for the EUR 65m Supreme Court of the Hague Netherlands PPP.
The Dutch Government Buildings Agency, Rijksgebouwendienst, have requested the private procurement of the new court headquarters after recent growth in work has caused space issues in the current premises. In addition to being responsible for the designing, building, financing, operating and maintaining of the Supreme Court of The Hague over a thirty year concession, the winning bidder will also manage the demolition of the existing buildings. The new Supreme Court, anticipated to be opened in 2015, will be comprised of two courtrooms, a chamber, reception rooms, office space and kitchen facilities.
Operis was contracted by the consortium consisting of Brink Management & Consultancy BV; Phillips Development Acquisitions BV, Wiel Arets Architects and H & R Construction BV for model due diligence services.
