In January 2020, Axium Infrastructure announced that it has entered into a partnership with Age Care Health Services Inc. to share ownership of a portfolio of five continuing care facilities. The portfolio is located in Alberta and includes 1,402 beds, offering both long-term care and designated supportive living services. Axium owns an 80% equity interest in the portfolio with AgeCare retaining a 20% share as well as the continued operations of the facilities.
