On December 6, 2019, Octopus Renewables Infrastructure Trust raised £350m through an initial public offer on the London Stock Exchange, £100m above its target. Octopus Investments issued a prospectus for the fund on November 20, 2019, aiming to raise £250m through an IPO. With its first listed fund, Octopus is targeting greenfield and brownfield renewable investments in Europe and Australia.
