Shield Infrastructure Partnerships, the SPV set up to carry out the Ontario Provincial Police modernisation project in Canada, have successfully completed a debt refinancing.
The project, now in the operation and maintenance phase, initially reached financial close in September 2010, and involved the construction of 17 new municipal facilities, regional command centers and forensic identification units.
To support the project’s refinancing, Operis was pleased to both develop and audit the operating model for the project on behalf of the Shield Infrastructure Partnership, comprising Concert Infrastructure and Hochtief PPP Solutions.
