Operis was pleased to provide a formal model audit for the BAM lead bid for the design, build, finance, operation and maintenance of the B247 PPP project. Included with the mandate was the review review of the model’s German tax and accounting treatments.
The project involves a 30-year DBFOM concession covering 22 kilometres of the B247 motorway between the city of Muhlhausen and the spa town of Bad Langensalza in the east-central state of Thuringia, Germany.
Preferred bidder is expected to be announced in early 2021, with financial close is anticipated to occur on 1st June 2021.
