Operis was pleased to provide formal model auditing services on the financial model prepared by EllisDon Capital in support of financial close for the Bayers Lake Community Outpatient Centre P3 project in Bayers Lake, Nova Scotia. This P3 project is part of the major redevelopment of the QEII Health Sciences Centre in Halifax.
The development of the new outpatient centre is currently underway and is expected to reach completion in August 2023. Once operational, the new centre will provide a more accessible site for the many Nova Scotians who travel to Halifax for medical services throughout the year, as well as helping reduce the traffic congestion in downtown Halifax.
