Viridor submitted its bid for the Glasgow Waste Project on 12 September 2011.
The Project is a 25 year contract for waste treatment being offered by Glasgow city council. It is expected that the contract will involve treating 200,000 tonnes of waste each year. Financial close is scheduled for the beginning of December this year.
Operis has completed a review of the Model for the bid submitted by Viridor.
