ACS Infrastructure and EllisDon Corporation submitted their bid for the Toronto Pearson International Airport Air Rail Link.
The link will provide a premium express passenger rail service between Canada’s two busiest transportation hubs – Union station and Toronto Pearson Airport, which will handle between 80,000 and 200,000 passengers per day. The project is to be completed in time for the 2015 Pan American Games.
Operis provided the financial model auditing services including a tax and accounting review on behalf of ACS Infrastructure and EllisDon Corporation.
