This second phase of the programme involves the construction of the Unity College, the Sir John Thursby Community College, the Ridgewood Community High School and the Marsden Heights Community College, all in the vicinity of Burnley, in Lancashire.
The project has a capital value of £47m and will be managed by the consortium led by Catalyst, Bovis, Capita Symonds and Bank of Scotland.
Operis’s role was to provide financial model due diligence for the Bank of Scotland and Catalyst.
