Earlier this month, Operis completed the development of fifteen operating models to enable Fulcrum Infrastructure Management to better monitor their Local Improvement Finance Trust (LIFT) assets.

LIFT companies are locally based joint ventures between public and private sector partners, which were established to upgrade existing primary health and social care facilities, and where necessary, to develop entirely new premises and estates.

The operating models were built to monitor each separate project and reflect the updated accounting methodology under FRS102.
