Work on the £1bn Transformation Programme (MAN-TP) of Manchester Airport began on July 21, 2017.
The MAN-TP involves the expansion of the current Terminal 2 and improvements to Terminal 3. The programme will increase passenger capacity by approximately 20 million people per year from its current level, to a total capacity of 45 million passengers per year. The work is expected to take 10 years to complete.
Operis completed a review of the financial model used by Manchester Airport to analyse the effects of MAN-TP.
