The Wigan Residual Waste Treatment project comprises the construction of several household waste recycling centres and related infrastructure, capable of processing around 100,000 tonnes of residual waste per annum.
The project is being procured by the Wigan Borough Council, with the sites in the north west of England, a few miles west of Manchester.
Operis completed a formal model audit for Viridor Waste Management, prior to the submission of bids on February 21, 2014.
