The OpitmA12 consortium, which consists of DIF PPP, Heijmans and Volker Vessels, has submitted its bid for the A12 Road Project in the Netherlands.
The project involves the expansion, refurbishment, operation and maintenance of 30 km of the motorway between Utrecht Lunetten and Veenendaall over a period of 23 years.
