The £30 million PFI contract for the regeneration of the Stanhope Housing Estate in Ashford, Kent reached financial close today.
The Chrysalis consortium, which includes Nationwide as the lender, will replace 400 apartments with new housing and accommodation during the three year refurbishment phase. The day-to-day management of the council’s housing stock will be overseen by the Moat Housing Group.
Operis was appointed by Nationwide to provide financial model due diligence services.
