Operis provided financial advice, including modelling support, to Community Solutions for Primary Care. Its financial close of the second set of schemes procured under the NHS LIFT structure was achieved this week.
This second close, in the first Tranche of the Barnsley NHS LIFT project, covered the Design, Build, Finance and Operation of facilities in Cudworth and Grimthorpe.
£13 million pounds of funding was secured to finance the construction of surgeries for Barnsley Primary Care Trust’s GPs and additional facilities at Cudworth from which Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council will supply associated services.
