On April 27, 2017, Belltown Power successfully refinanced the Tirgwynt Wind Farm in Powys, Wales. The wind farm consists of twelve turbines and has an installed capacity of 24.6 MW. Now operational, it will provide enough electricity to power the equivalent of over 13,000 homes.
On behalf of Belltown and the lenders, Operis was pleased to perform the audit of the financial model at financial close, including a full tax and accounting review.
