Operis is pleased to have provided another formal model audit for Aecon Infrastructure Management Inc. and Dufferin Construction Company in support of their bid for the Lakeshore East-Central Corridor Expansion Project. This design-build-finance project involves the construction of third track infrastructure, as well as other system-wide infrastructure upgrades. As part of the planned expansion of GO Transit rail service, the project will help improve the quality of commute and reduce traffic suggestion on the Lakeshore East line.
The bid was submitted on 17 June 2020, and the financial close is anticipated to occur on 14 October 2021.
