The partnership of BAM and PGGM reached financial close on the Irish N-11 project on 30 April 2013. The project has a concession length of 25 years and a project value of €127 million.
The procuring authority was the National Roads Authority of Ireland, with the Bank of Ireland and the EIB providing debt financing to the deal.
The project comprises the maintenance of an existing 30 kilometre section of road and the construction and maintenance of an additional 16.5 kilometre stretch of dual carriageway.
