It is with great sadness that Operis announces that Henrietta Royle will be leaving the Group in September. By then Henrietta will have been CEO for 3 years and during that time has brought important change to the business. She wishes to transition to a non-executive career and will also be taking on a few select coaching clients. The Board will take time to reflect on the future leadership of the firm and, in the meantime, the Chairman, David Colver, will become Executive Chairman and lead the outstanding executive team that Henrietta has built.
Henrietta said “I am sad to be leaving Operis, as I have loved my time with some of the most talented people I have ever met. The quality of its work and the warm inclusive culture is unique. But it is time to move in a different direction. I shall retain a continuing interest in Operis’ future, and I look forward to seeing David and his colleagues take the firm on to even greater things.”
David said “I have the highest regard for Henrietta and I will greatly miss her unwavering energy, support and quick thinking. The Firm has hugely benefited from her leadership and I am glad that she will continue to support and cheer us from outside.”
