Bids have been submitted for the Etobicoke General Hospital Phase 1 Redevelopment P3 project in Ontario, Canada on November 19, 2015.
The project, which has been procured by Infrastructure Ontario, comprises the construction of a new four storey patient tower which will add 250,000 square feet to the hospital. As the first phase of the hospital’s redevelopment, this project will provide new facilities to the growing emergency department and the critical care and intensive care units.
The construction period should last two years with completion scheduled for mid 2018.
