We’re pleased to have supported Conrac Solutions, owned by Meridiam, in reaching financial close on a public-private partnership transaction for a new ground transportation center at Reno-Tahoe International Airport in Nevada, USA. We provided a formal model audit in the lead up to the financial close.
The ground transportation center, including a consolidated rental car facility, will increase the Airport’s available parking garage capacity by relocating rental cars to the new facility, as well as improve efficiency for the rental car industry and convenience for passengers. The new sustainability-focused center is scheduled to be operational in 2028.
This transaction is the first following Meridiam’s acquisition of Conrac Solutions in May 2023 and adds to Conrac Solutions’ 17 existing consolidated rental car facility assets across the USA, while complementing Meridiam’s portfolio of sustainable infrastructure projects.
