Dominic joined the financial modelling team having joined in 2017. He has supported many financial advisory mandates.

During his time at Operis he has built and developed several financial models for student accommodation PPP projects at universities across the UK as well as in the utilities sector. Notable transactions he has worked on are the University of York Heslington East Campus and University of Leicester Freemens Common Village projects which both reached financial close in 2019. He continues to be heavily involved in the student accommodation sector.

He has extensive due diligence experience with bid, operating, acquisition and refinancing models across a range of geographies, including the UK, EMEA and North America.

Dominic has travelled to 64 countries and hopes to tick more off his list soon.
