Alex is an Associate Director at Operis.

Since joining Operis in December 2018, Alex has worked on projects in all of our teams: Model Audit, Model Build and Advisory. He has worked on projects spanning many industries and has notable experience with fibre transactions. He was involved in auditing the revenue, cost and Capex deployment models for National Broadband Ireland and has worked on numerous other fibre model audits, including a project involving Telfonica’s FTTH roll-out in Germany. Alex has been involved in the development of multiple operating models and has been the primary modeller for the National Broadband Ireland operating model.

Alex obtained a first-class MSci in mathematics from the University of Birmingham in 2018 and was also presented The Allied Maples Prize in Industrial Mathematics for meritorious and promising work in the field of industrial or commercially applicable Mathematics.
