David is a Director at Operis and has worked on a variety of projects in both model building and auditing capacities.

During his time at Operis David has led model build assignments across a variety of sectors including telecommunications, energy distribution as well as the development of operating models for a wastewater treatment plant in the Middle East and a UK rolling stock company.

He has also developed models used to monitor UK schools PPP projects and performed modelling work for the Montalto di Castro PV power plant project in Italy, which was the first solar project to issue a publicly rated bond.

David has worked on many model audits across a variety of sectors and geographic regions. Significant model audit assignments on which David has worked include the successful bids for the UK government’s stake in Eurostar and for Pocahontas Parkway in the USA, the acquisition of Klettwitz wind farm in Germany, the financing of King Abdullah Port in Saudi Arabia and several Turkish hospital projects.
