Mark is a Director in Operis's analytical team and is responsible for leading the analytical team in Toronto, having joined Operis in 2013.

He has led a variety of model audit, model building and advisory projects across a range of sectors and geographies, with particular expertise in US and Canadian P3 and energy projects.

Notable modelling and advisory transactions Mark has been involved in recently include the Éoliennes Belle-Rivière Wind Farm in Quebec, the Hamilton Biosolids Treatment Plant in Ontario, the Northwest Parkway acquisition in Colorado and the Corner Brook Long Term Care facility in Newfoundland.

Further afield, Mark has also worked on London’s Goldsmiths University Student Accommodation, the Khalladi Wind Farm in Morocco and NBI’s National Broadband Plan in Ireland.
