The Dorset Emergency Services Partnership Initiative PFI project recently reached financial close.
This project is a joint PFI scheme between the Dorset Fire Authority and the Dorset Police Authority and involves the design, build, finance and operation of four new fire and emergency service facilities on three sites in Poole and Poundbury.
Partnerships for Fire Limited (PfF) signed a 25 year contract to carry out this £57 million GBP project. PfF who will begin work on the two-year construction phase this year is a joint venture between Morgan Sindall Investments Limited, architects Carden Croft & Co and Barclays European Infrastructure Fund.
Nationwide will provide over £50 million GBP of senior financing for this project.
