West Wiltshire Social Housing PFI Achieves Financial Close 11 Jan 2012

Sarsen Housing Association has reached financial close for the West Wiltshire Social Housing PFI Project.

The project involves the provision of 350 new homes in Wiltshire and will be constructed in the five market towns of West Wiltshire: Bradford on Avon, Melksham, Trowbridge, Warminster and Westbury. The two bank facilities for the project were provided Barclay’s Corporate.
