NamPower, the national power utility company of Namibia, is currently reviewing the bids for a 250MW power plant to be constructed in Walvisbay in the Erongo region.
To help tackle predicted future energy shortfall in Namibia, the winning bidder will construct and operate the power plant, estimated around £200 million, for a period of 26 years.
In support of Agua Capital Partner’s bid, Operis undertook a full audit of the financial model including a review of the model’s tax and accounting.
