Veolia has submitted their bid for the Leeds Waste PFI project.
Veolia’s proposal is to develop the former wholesale market site on Pontefract Lane, Cross Green. The Energy Recovery Facility at the Cross Green Industrial Estate will be able to convert local waste that cannot be recycled into electricity and help Leeds City Council reduce the amount of waste that is buried in the ground at landfill sites, protect the environment.
Operis provided the financial model auditing services including a tax and accounting review on behalf of Veolia.
