TAV Tunisia, part of the larger TAV Construction group, won the concessional rights to two of Tunsia’s major airports, Monastir and Enfidha in 2007. At the time, this was one of the largest investments in infrastructure in Tunisia. Seven years on, TAV have now restructured their bank debt for these two projects.
In support of the restructuring, Operis undertook a model audit on the updated model, along with a separate team working with TAV to make the required changes to reflect the new financing terms.
