Bids were submitted for the Ministry of Justice’s Transforming Rehabilitation programme, which is being rolled out throughout the UK, on June 30, 2014.
In a bid to bring down re-offending rates and protect the public, the programme involves the creation of a series of new Community Rehabilitation Companies which will revolutionise the way that offenders are managed in the community.
