We are excited to have worked on yet another project which champions recycling and sustainability. Our model development team, led by Michael Jarman, assisted Burnham RNG and their financial advisors, Jefferies, in developing the financial model to support the construction of the Pasco Resource Recovery Center (PRRC) in Washington state, USA.
At the core of this endeavour lies a commitment to preserve our planet. The Pasco Resource Recovery Center is poised to enable the reuse of an astounding 1.5 billion gallons of wastewater annually, fostering a sustainable cycle that contributes to the improvement of our environment. What’s more, the facility’s innovative design generates renewable natural gas in quantities sufficient to power 4,500 residential homes every year, paving the way for a greener future. As the project unfolds, it is estimated to generate over 1,000 employment opportunities across Washington state, amplifying the socio-economic benefits of sustainability.
With Burnham’s recent announcement of the financial close on June 15th, we celebrate the strides taken toward a more sustainable and resilient future. Operis is honoured to have contributed to this visionary project and support the drive for positive environmental change.
