Operis recently provided a model audit of Balfour Beatty’s operating model for the South Tyneside Street Lighting project, which reached financial close in December 2005 and has recently finished construction.
The scheme involves the replacement and maintenance of 20,600 lighting columns and 8,000 signs and other lighting fixtures with a total capital value of £27million.
The model audit was performed for the benefit of Balfour Beatty Capital and the project lenders. This is the third operating model Operis has audited on behalf of Balfour Beatty.
