The St. Andrews Community Hospital Project successfully reached financial close on 21 November 2007.
The £32 million project involves the design, build, finance and operation of a new hospital and health centre in Scotland, south of St Andrews.
Once built, the hospital will comprise three GP practices, a day surgery unit, an eight-bay dialysis unit, audiology and dermatology departments. Construction work will begin later this year and completion is expected in June 2009.
Galliford Try will lead and manage the project for 30 years and Dexia are providing the £31 million of senior debt.
Operis provided financial model due diligence services on behalf of Dexia and Galliford Try.
