The BAM-led consortium comprising PGGM, Vamed and DIF has reached financial close on its €520 million University Hospital of Schleswig-Holstein.
The project will involve the DBFMO of two clinics in Kiel and Lübeck, northern Germany, under a 25 year contract. Construction will start early 2015 and the facility will be operational in 2021.
Providing a €350 million term loan, the secured lenders include KfW, DZBank, LBBW, SEB and SMBC.
In support of this consortium’s bid, Operis undertook a full audit of the financial model including a review of the model’s tax and accounting.
