Financial close has been reached on £45 million worth of new accommodation for students of the Royal College of Music.
The new buildings will be designed, built, and maintained by Campus Living Villages and will replace existing RCM accommodation on Goldhawk road, West London. Alongside 417 student rooms, the facility will also provide 24 hour practice rooms and a gym.
Construction is due to be completed in time for the first students to move in for the 2015-2016 academic year.
M&G Investments will provide £36.9 million of funding with the remainder contributed by Campus Living Villages.
Operis worked with Campus Living Villages to provide a comprehensive audit of their financial model, including a full tax and accounting review.
