Bids have been submitted for the design, build, finance and maintenance of the Milton District Hospital expansion project in Ontario, Canada on October 21, 2014.
This project will add 330,000 square feet of space to the existing 125,000 square foot hospital. Designed to address the needs of all users, including seniors, children, individuals with visual or cognitive impairments and those using wheelchairs and other mobility aids, the project will focus on meeting the care needs of the fast-growing community within the region.
Operis were pleased to undertake a full model audit of the bid model, including a review of the model’s tax and accounting, which was prepared by Investec North America for the Milton Healthcare Partnership consortium.
