Groupe ADP, Meridiam and ASMA Capital Partners signed a contract on December 22, 2017, to take control of Airport International Group (AIG), the concession company for Queen Alia International Airport in Amman, Jordan. ADP, which previously held 9.5% of the shares in AIG, will become the majority shareholder following the acquisition.
Operis carried out an audit of the financial model used to price the acquisition on behalf of ADP, Meridiam and ASMA prior to the signing of the contract.
