Golden Link Partners, a consortium comprising Hochtief PPP Solutions and Meridiam Infrastructure North America, reached financial close on the Presidio Parkway P3 project in San Francisco on the 14 June 2012.
The project will replace the Doyle Drive, which is the southern access point of the Golden Gate Bridge, with a new six-lane parkway and a southbound auxiliary lane. The Presidio Parkway, which will provide access to the Golden Gate Bridge, will not charge tolls.
Operis provided formal model audit services and a tax review at both bid stage and financial close for the lenders, the consortium and their financial advisors.
