Celtic Roads Group (Portlaoise) DAC, the concession company for the M7/M8 Portlaoise motorway project in the Republic of Ireland has recently restructured its debt facilities.
The project includes the operation of a 41 km wishbone-shaped motorway between Portlaoise and Castletown and separately between Portlaoise and Cullahill, earning revenues through the collection of tolls. Having reached financial close in June 2007, the project has been fully operational since 2011, and the concession is due to expire in 2037.
Operis was pleased to undertake a model audit of the financial model and provide a tax and accounting review.
