Operis is pleased to announce the recent appointment of Paul Bryans as Director.
Paul Bryans has joined Operis to assist the finalising and managing of a PFI Fund and will also assist on advisory transactions. Paul came to Operis with extensive experience in project finance across a wide range of sectors, having been heavily involved in the extension of PFI into the UK local authority sector as the first Chief Executive of the Public-Private Partnership Programme (4ps). He was also a Director of European Capital prior to its acquisition by Investec.
