Bird-Turner Stadium Company, a consortium comprising Bird Construction Company and Turner Construction, have submitted their bids for the Pan Am Games Stadium Project.
The winning consortium will design, build and finance the project, which will be completed before the next Pan American Games to be held in Toronto in 2015. The project includes renovating one existing stadium, building one new stadium and building a velodrome.
This is the second project relating to the Pan American Games which Operis has been involved in, the first being the Pan American Games Athlete’s Village project.
For this assignment, Operis provided financial model auditing services including a tax review to Bird-Turner Stadium Company.
