The US$750 million Ohio River Bridges P3 project in the United States has successfully reached financial close.
The East End Bridge is part of a new 6.5 mile highway that will connect I-265 in Indiana to I-265 in Kentucky. It is estimated that the new East End bridge will serve 52,000 vehicles per day by 2030 and significantly shorten the time and cost needed to ship US products through the Port of Indiana-Jeffersonville.
Operis was engaged to review the financial model prepared by Scotiabank for the WVB East End Partners consortium at both the bid submission stage and financial close.
