Operis works on South Tyneside Council Street Lighting financing 9 Jan 2006

Operis provided model assurance advice for Dexia Public Finance Bank and Connect Roads South Tyneside (the Balfour Beatty concession company) on this £63m project to replace approximately 80% of existing lighting infrastructure in South Tyneside and to improve lighting on previously unlit lanes and paths, during a 25 year concession.

Financial close occurred on 9 December 2005.
