Operis is delighted to have supported Vantage Infrastructure in their successful acquisition of a controlling stake in French renewable heating specialist Agonergy SAS, providing a Due Diligence Review of the acquisition financial model to give comfort to the sponsors in the transaction, which closed on 30 September 2021.
Agronergy – a provider of turnkey biomass and geothermal heating solutions to residential, office and public buildings, as well as to municipal district heating networks – was founded in 2013 and now operates 25 sites providing 16.5 GWh of renewable heat each year.
